Denise Goldstein Special Events works behind the scenes to execute seamless, thoughtful events on behalf of our clients. We are the glue that keeps an event together, managing timelines, vendors, logistics, and the countless details that go into every live production. Throughout the planning process we zoom in and out from big picture to small making sure that marketing, fundraising, and guest expectations work in perfect harmony. When there's so much riding on an event's success, we can be counted on to make our clients shine.

Because of our small size we can step right in to our clients' day-to-day operations, making it feel as though their event was planned from the inside...but with all of the benefits of hiring an expert. We've executed countless galas and auctions and consider ourselves a great partner for any non-profit that doesn't have the resources or time to plan internally. Call on us to help entertain, engage, and educate, whether it's the launch of a new initiative, breaking ground on a new building, celebrating a milestone, or raising funds for education, the arts, or community programs.

About Us

About Denise

Denise formed her company in 2011 after more than ten years managing events and programs for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and The Common-wealth Club. From her first foray into planning an event she was drawn to the mix of creativity and logistics. Over time Denise grew to love the whole process, from meeting an organization's staff and supporters to finding new and exciting vendors to executing a vision for a big reveal or a grand fundraising goal.
